Volunteers Wanted: Casino Night - Tokyo RFTC/WFL

If you haven’t heard already, Run for the Cure® Foundation is organizing its first Casino Night on Friday, October 4th, and we are ready for our annual Tokyo Run for the Cure®/Walk for Life 2013 on Saturday, November 30th. The success of both events is in large part due to our enthusiastic volunteers. Below are the details on roles you can sign-up for:
ラン・フォー・ザ・キュア・ファンデーションは10月4日(金)に今回初のカジノ・ナイト、11月30日(土)に東京ランフォーザキュア/ウォークフォーライフ2013を開催します。これらのイベントの成功はボランティアの皆様のご協力があってこそです。今回、下半期のチャリティイベントにて下記の役割においてご協力頂けるボランティアの方を募集致しております：

Casino Night Volunteer Roles:

  • Dealers ディーラー (Blackjack, Roulette, Big Six, Craps, etc.)
  • Receptionists 受付係
  • Bankers (chips are purchased and later turned in for Raffle tickets) バンカー
  • Product/ Mammo Card/ Raffle Tickets Vendors グッズ/マンモカード/抽選券販売係
  • Live Auction Spotters & Winner Record Takers ライブオークション・スポッター及び記録係
  • Photographers フォトグラファー
  • Videographers ビデオグラファー
  • Setup/ Venue Decorators/ Omiyage Bag Packers セットアップ/会場装飾/おみやげバッグ準備
To help prepare for what is to be a most exciting evening, Volunteer Orientation is scheduled for Wednesday, September 18th, from 7:30 p.m., as well as on Saturday, September 21st, from 10:00 a.m. Also, we are planning training sessions for volunteer dealers between July and September. ボランティアオリエンテーションは9月18日(水)午後7:30〜また21日(土)午前10:00〜を予定しております；併せまして、7〜9月間にディーラーになってくださる方を対象にトレーニングセッションを行う予定です。

Tokyo Run for the Cure®/ Walk for Life 2013 Volunteer Roles:

  • Event area decorators 会場設置・装飾係 (mainly Hibiya Park Fountain area in front of stage, 　　at entrance to Park, and around the fountain)
  • Receptionists at Online, Corporate and On-the-Day Registration booths　　　　　　　　　　　オンライン，法人，当日受付チェックイン係
  • Cloak クローク (temporary holding of non-valuable items for participants during run/walk)
  • Raffle Ticket Sellers 抽選券販売係 (roaming the crowds at Hibiya Park Fountain area)
  • Product Sellers at a booth グッズ販売係
  • Guides to Imperial Palace course 皇居スタート地点へのガイド
  • Start/Finish Line Record Keepers スタート/ゴール地点記録係
  • Keep-lefters around the course コース周回のキープレフター
  • Water Distribution 配水係
Volunteer Orientation is scheduled for Saturday, November 16th, from 10:00 a.m.
ボランティアオリエンテーションは11月16日(土)午前10:00〜を予定しております。

Proofreaders: Native users of English with a good sense of English writing for PR and outreach. * Please note that the translation to date is good but communicate in a Japanese manner.
