The workshop will focus on how groups from outside the disaster zones can better collaborate with local residents, groups, and community leaders involved in the relief efforts. The findings will be shared internationally to be a timely resource for the upcoming United Nations World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction in 2015 in Tohoku.
