【講座の内容】

一般的なプロジェクト管理のスキル開発を学びます。関係者分析、問題分析、目的分析、プロジェクトの選択、プロジェクトの企画・運営、モニタリングと評価方法を学びます。

* this is an introduction to project basics covering general project management information.

【対象】

実践的なマネジメント・スキルを向上させたい方。民間団体および国際協力関連のプログラムを担当されている方、またはマネジメント・スキルに関するさまざまなノウハウを求めている方。For anyone interested in NGOs or international development. for anyone interested on how IOs and NGOs develop projects.

Morning

Introductions, Overview of the day, Assessing everyone's interests

Program cycle overview, what’s a project? Breaking down the parts of a project, Problems vs. issues, selecting an area of focus Understanding community needs,

Stakeholder analysis: Who are the people that need to be involved, Assessment of the community, target audience and stakeholders

Problem analysis: analyzing the causes & effects of a problem

Objectives analysis & selecting a project

Report back on group work and plan - Presentation – 10-15min. per group (plus Q & A time)

LUNCH

Afternoon

Goal setting, Indicators and means of verification

Project implementation, How to plan a project

Project plan development, selecting activities Tactics, timeline development

COFFEE BREAK

Project Monitoring and Evaluation

Budgeting and financial planning - Resource mobilization

Report back on group work and plan - Presentation – 15-20 min. per group (plus Q & A time)
