Seeking Japanese Nonprofit Leaders for a Paid, Overseas Fellowship!

日本における日本のNPO(非営利組織)リーダー育成のため、現在、米国におけるフェローシップ（海外トレーニング）に参加する若手リーダーを募集してお ります。本組織、アトラス・コープ(Atlas Corps)は日米カウンシル（TOMODACHI Initiativeの後援組織）と共同で日本のNPOで現在活躍されている方、また真剣にNPOのリーダーシップを計画している方を対象に、１２～１８ か月にわたり、非営利活動に携わるリーダーに、ベスト・プラクティスの研究、組織での能力の構築、世界のリーダーとの人脈作り を目的とした各種組織でのフェローシップの機会を提供します。フェローに選定された後、アショカ(Ashoka)、ケア(CARE)、グラミン財団 (the Grameen Foundation)、 ハビタット・フォー・ヒューマニティ(Habitat for Humanity)、国連児童基金（UNICEF）、国連財団(the UN Foundation)関連NPO等での非営利/非政府組織で実務経験を積んでいただきます。また、実務経験に加え、アトラス・コープのグローバル・リー ダーシップ研究所にて非営利組織のマ ネジメントについて学ぶことになります。このフェローシップは食事、交通費、共同住宅といった基礎費用及び保険の手当てを含んでいます。この他通年での応 募を受け付けています。詳細は http://bit.ly/AtlasCorpsTomodachi をご参照ください。

US-Japan Council’s TOMODACHI Initiative and Atlas Corps are jointly seeking Japanese nonprofit leaders who are interested in Fellowship in US. Thanks to the support of the TOMODACHI Initiative, they are particularly interested in rising leaders from Japan in 2013. Atlas Corps engages leaders committed to the nonprofit sector in 12-18 month, professional fellowships at organizations to learn best practices, build organizational capacity, and return home to create a network of global leaders. Fellows serve at nonprofits/NGO such as Ashoka, CARE, the Grameen Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, UNICEF, the UN Foundation. In addition, Fellows will learn about nonprofit management in the Atlas Corps Global Leadership Lab. This prestigious fellowship includes a living stipend to cover basic expenses (food, local transportation, and shared housing) and health insurance.
