Holds 100+ talks a year to promote understanding of domestic violence issues and its effects, provide direct support to women who have been victimized by offering our Women’s Program, and offer a Facilitator Training Program to service providers to enable them to start their own Women’s Program in their communities.

HELP (HOUSE OF EMERGENCY LOVE AND PEACE) ASIAN WOMEN'S SHELTER
Provides emergency shelter (up to 15 women at a time) and hotline service in Japanese, English, Thai,Tagalog and Spanish. Along with the lobbying activity for the anti-trafficking law, HELP continues assisting the victims in contacting embassies/consulates to expedite immigration and legal processes.

Kalakasan Migrant Women's Empowerment Center.
KALAKASAN, through its programs and support systems for migrant women and their children, aims to facilitate their empowerment so that they might reclaim their inner strength. KALAKASAN responds comprehensively to women and children in crisis, particularly those bearing complex problems. Besides crisis intervention services, they provide follow-up programs focusing on healing and self-reliance.

During difficult times KYOFUKAI STEP HOUSE introduces professionals who can help with medical, legal and mental health support. KYOFUKAI STEP HOUSE also provides women with a place to stay. Clients are females from 15 to 65 years old and to date about 300 have used the center.
