Second Harvest accepting donations and needs J speaking help in their Tokyo center

For those who live inside Japan:
Second Harvest Japan is seeking food and supply donations for the people in the earth-quake-affected areas. Please do not send expired food or opened packages. please see the list below with a complete list of items they are delivering. Please only send these items => NO clothing donations are being accepted. Please pay for shipping to the Second Harvest Office - see below.
For those who live outside Japan:
Monetary donations are more efficient than sending food resources from outside Japan. You can donate money here:

If you are fluent in Japanese, and want to help with material preparations, please call the office and see when and what needs there are. this will vary but they need people to help go through the boxes that come in and then inventory and arrange packages to send out. You will not be sent to Tohoku
