Volunteering
We are still confirming the details, however Peace Boat is planning on coordinating teams of volunteers, including those without technical expertise, to work in affected areas from next week. Our advance teams are now in place to confirm the best way our volunteers can contribute in the places that they are needed the most.
Details will be uploaded on our website as soon as confirmed, so please check.
The basic conditions for volunteers will be as follows:
1. Able to arrange own transportation, accommodation, meals and cover those costs
2 Able to join a compulsory orientation prior to departure in Tokyo
3 Volunteers to go to affected areas must be able to go for at least 1 week
People meeting these conditions should send an email with the following information to pbglobal[a]peaceboat.gr.jp
