~ A Panel Discussion on Diverse Approaches to Women’s Health and Well-being in Japan ~


Thursday, May 14 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm @ Centre Hall in Hiroo, Tokyo
What types of medicines and philosophies around well-being are there in Japan?  What is the approach that suits you best? Which ones should you try out? And how can you find your own mix between traditional, alternative and scientific medicine?
Join us for our May monthly meeting as we welcome panelists PurNIMA Sharma-David, Shiatsu Therapist & Reiki Master at Lotus Healing, Stephanie Chan from Edward Obaidey Acupuncture Clinic, Maya Ileto, GYROKINESIS® trainer and Dr. Claudine Bliah, Gynecologist/ Obstetrician at Tokyo Medial Clinic for a discussion on different approaches to women’s health and well-being of the body and of the mind, their benefits and how they are practiced in Japan. They will also share practical tips you can take home and test on yourself.
