FEW and International Women’s Day
International Women’s Day is celebrated each year on March 8th,
and serves as an opportunity for countries, organizations and
communities to reflect and review progress regarding issues affecting
women. Under this year’s theme “MAKE IT HAPPEN”,
FEW will be extending the celebration to a month of activities and
opportunities for people to engage in action oriented, fun and
inspirational events.

organizations and communities striving to integrate women’s needs in
their humanitarian response initiatives.
